Charles represents institutional and private equity firms in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition and disposition of raw land, office and industrial centers, and retail projects, the review of title and survey, the drafting of easements and declarations, and the negotiation of commercial leases. Prior to joining Andrews & Barth, Charles was general counsel for an international real estate development company as well as owned and operated his own legal practice in Southern California, specializing in real estate, corporate, and commercial matters.
