John practiced business, partnership and securities law at a large downtown law firm, with particular emphasis on real estate and oil and gas syndications, before becoming in-house counsel for an independent oil and real estate company where he handled all of their legal matters, including real estate, corporate, partnership and oil and gas matters. In 1989, John joined Stan Barth to form Andrews & Barth. John’s expertise in both business law and estate planning enables him to provide creative solutions to estate and business planning.
